Session Four - Key challenges in Indian Ocean Rim countries

Format: Panel Discussion

Delegates will be invited to participate in a panel discussion on issues raised in Session 3:
Key challenges and opportunities faced by governments to undertake their functions with
respect to whale and dolphin watching tourism, with a focus on possible solutions,
what tools are needed and whether a regional network would be of benefit.

Session Five - Evaluating the need for a regional network to build sustainable whale
and dolphin watching tourism

Format: Facilitated discussion

Delegates will be invited to discuss the need for a regional network and what elements it could include.

Session Six - Outcomes document including recommendations

Format: Facilitated discussion

Delegates will be invited to finalise a short workshop report with recommendations to be presented to:

* The IORA Committee of Senior Officials for views and endorsement
* Workshop partner organisations: 

- International Whaling Commission meeting (IWC66)
- Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
